These Terms of Service govern your use of the AC Repair Today website (ac-repair.today) and our air conditioning services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

AC Repair Today provides air conditioning repair, installation, maintenance, and related HVAC services in South Florida. We operate under Florida Certified Air Conditioning Contractor License CAC1824118.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide upfront pricing before beginning any work. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided. Final pricing may vary if additional issues are discovered during service, in which case we will inform you and obtain approval before proceeding.

3. Warranties

All repairs carry a workmanship warranty. New equipment installations include the manufacturer warranty plus our installation warranty. Specific warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of service.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel a scheduled appointment with at least 4 hours notice at no charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a service fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
